How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

If it’s draining you emotionally and physically, if it’s not healthy anymore, time to unplug.

Social media is the prime example. A lot of unnecessary posts, fake news, and so much more that can affect our well-being. So it’s better to step away from social media from the time being. Try to focus on yourself first.
